We want to spend between 10 and 14 days in Taiwan this September and/or
October.

Can anyone point us towards a Taiwanese Travel Agent who could provide us
with a package that would give us a largely cultural/historical/nature
experience over this period of time.

Where do you live? You don't really need a Taiwanese travel agent.
Lots of travel agents can customize a tour for you.
