Default London - LAX madness

I think that it's quite equivalent. Inconvenient access to a major
market. Until congestion restrictions at significant airports are
addressed there is not likely to be progress. And I see no willingness
to address those restrictions.

I see no willingness to address the congestion issue and open up the
markets. Perhaps they should open up on a comparability basis. If new
US flights must use Gatwick then european flights can only use
Philadelphia.
