Groceries near the Port of Miami
We found a large supermarket on the main road not too far from the
bridge that takes you over to Dodge Island. We headed North on Biscayne Blvd and within a mile or two or three (it didn't seem too far away) we came across a large supermarket. I really made the rest of my party nervous when I came out with 3 full grocery bags! My Dad, who was under cancer radiation treatments and suffering from gall bladder disease was with us and I really was afraid that he would have problems getting food that wouldn't bother him. I filled up his cupboard and refrigerator! That was the closest one we found - seemed like there were only "city" blocks in the area across from the Bayside Marketplace and no food stores right there. We drove around there a bit but it was uptown where we found the grocery store. Cathy =================================== Brad Tebow wrote: We are cruising on Royal Carribean from the Port of Miami. I want to stop at a grocery store to pick up some sodas before we board the ship. Does anyone know of a supermarket or grocery store near the port? Thanks for your help. Brad |
