HO Yea, they could be a prob, but with a burm house (half in
HO the ground, and covered with earth) would be safe in a
HO earthquake, because it moves with the earth, and building
HO on the south slope of a hill to take advantage of
HO alternative power should get you above any tsunami.

I'm really not trying to be pedantic but you had me puzzled
since I did not recognize "burm". Don't you mean berm?
