Default In Paris, the customer is not always right

I have never experienced rudeness there - au contraire. (They may find
my accent and "fractured French" amusing, but since I don't hesitate to
laugh at it myself, I don't consider that "rudeness".) Far from rude,
I've been greatly impressed by the courtesy I've encountered from
shopkeepers.

Last time I was in Paris (2008) I encountered immense rudeness in a
shop. I'd walked into a music shop and when asked what I wanted, said I
was just browsing. What a look I got. Utterly crap shop anyway, but then
again good sheet music shops have almost completely disappeared.

Some seven months later.

I'll be in Paris next week. Are there any remaining shops that have a
good (French) selection of sheet music that have yet to blow away? I'll
be pursuing books of musette but am always excited to find stashes of
almost anything.

Any aid appreciated.

Look at :
www.paul-beuscher.com (3 shops in paris)

Actually this was the main only one already my agenda (from having
noted it on the back of folios). At the web site (above, I don't
actually see a street address). I also understand that one of the
outlets is much larger than the others.
