Default Indonesia - New tourist visa restrictions and fees (update)

As I mentioned a few days ago, new visa rules for Indonesia limit tourist visas
to 30 days and are non-extendable, requiring departure from the country for at
least two weeks before another tourist entry. Cost is $25 (or $10 for less
than three days' stay).

However, it turns out that not all tourists can buy these visas on arrival --
some must get them outside Indonesia, so best to check with your local
Indonesian embassy before starting travel. For example, some tourists from
Spain were recently refused entry and had to go to another country to get their
visas.
