Maputo Accommodation, diving

Hi Group,

I'm planning a trip to Maputo for about a week in the
second half of Feb. 2006. Two questions:-

Can anyone recommend good budget accommodation,
something reasonably cheap, clean, safe and central
would be ideal, maybe B&B or guest house.

I'd like to do a couple of days diving in that time if it's
possible without too much hassle like renting a car etc.
Are there any dive bases who will pick you up in Maputo,
and are the dive sites around there worth it?
