Eqyptian pyramid tour company recommendations

We are planning to visit Cairo in May 2008 and would like to know if anyone can recommend a good tour company or if anyon e has used Elegant Voyage - http://www.elegantvoyage.com, which we came across on the Web. Thanks M.
