Default Cameroon roads closed June-July?

Hi. I am interested in visiting Cameroon in June-July unable to go at
other times and Lonely Planet says many roads are impassable during
these months. Does this mean it is basically not possible to travel
around the country by ground transport at this time? Or do they mean
many small roads? Thanks

from june onward it is the rainy season but travelling on tar roads are not
a problem. National Parks are closed as minor roads and tracks are
impossible during the wet season. In rainy season, lots of flowers and birds
!
best regards
