Default Travel insurance claim

Hi, I've recently made a claim for baggage that was stolen in
Thailand. Unfortunately on reading my policy schedule I've found out
that only the property that I've got receipts for is covered but as
all of the receipts for the clothing and other items that I purchased
in Thailand were taken with the bag I'm now wondering what I'm going
to be paid for.

Has anyone had any experience of this?

Many thanks,

Nick
