here is a link for weather can be useful for planning what to take with you
replace KPHX with the destination airport code, preceede with K, for example for Los Angeles (LAX) use KLAX, Burbank (BUR) use KBUR airport code must be in caps as this is a unix machine hosting this site and unix is case sensitive the link below is for Phoenix but you can use it to get Wx at any airport. http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/KPHX.html of course if you are a pilot duats is great too JOHN |

There are many other sites that include airport and non-aiport temps. |

K is the designator or prefix for US airports

The poster failed to realize that his suggestion gets weather reports from the US National Weather Service, which will not have weather for locations outside the US. Either that or he failed to realize TWIAVBP.
