Southern Mozambique info please

Hi all,

I know the Mozambique coastline pretty well, but I always stay in
campsites and the like.

I'm going to be taking my parents (Mum is 68 and Dad is 72) to
Mozambique next month, and I thought they'd enjoy Xai-Xai or Bilene. I
only have about two days total, and they'd like to do a bit of
snorkiling, nice restaurant, etc. I will not be using the Landrover
for this trip, so anyplace must be accesable by 2 wheel drive.

The question is: where would I find accomodation that is comfortable,
clean, and secure but isn't too expensive. I guess some form of
self-catering chalet would be ideal. Any suggestions, and contact
numbers so that I can pre-book.

Also, any places where one can get good snorkeling within say, 200km
from Maputo?
