Default Mont Tremblant Ideas?

We're going to the Mont Tremblant area in early October. Any ideas for
restaurants, day trips, shops, etc?
thanks, Rich S.

The colors will be amazing that time of year up in the mountains! There are
lots of thigs to do in and around mont-tremblant including hiking, biking,
roller-blading, shopping, etc. If you are fit try hiking to the summit (3-4
hours? or take the gondola) and once up there I hear they have an amazing
bird show where birds like eagles fly around you as a person demonstartes
various things. There is also a restaurant at the top. Try their web site
for more info. There are also 2 spectacular golf courses there that are
world class (Le Diable is one of them). Have fun.

There is a wonderful restaurant in St-Jovite which is part of the
greater Tremblant area. Regional French cooking, great service.
Le Cheval de Jade.

Cheaper but friendly with good onion soup and other local specialties:
Le Verre Bouteille, 888, rue Ouimet St-Jovite

Tremblant has a luge that might interest you.

The park has great hiking trails.

Choose Mont-Tremblant from the list of parks.

BTW, some facilities close down later in October until the snow and ski
season.
