How to pass 11 countries in 24 hours, using only train and eventually
city transport if the town has several stations?

Why would you want to do that?

For fun? I've known people who've tried to alight at all the underground
situations in a particular city in a similar period of time. Possible in
some cities in Europe, though not all!

Very easy to do in both Amsterdam and Rotterdam on the same day, and have
plenty of time for sightseeing on top of that.

Now I think about it, you could probably visit all the underground
stations in the UK north of Watford in one day, including the train
trips between cities!

Is it not possible to do it in London by getting off the train at each
station and then immediately re-boarding the same train? Or is that regarded
as cheating?

It wouldbe wortwhile to do it in Moscow (probabbly the only town in
the world better looking underground than above ground). For just 20
eurocents you can use underground railway the whole day. At least 20
stations are real artistic masterpeaces.

Well, there are no rules, but if I did it, I'd want to get off and wait
for the next train.

Someone wrote a book about doing every tube stop in one day. He took a
photo of every station as proof.

Sounds pretty unpleasant to me!

For the New York subway:

"The Guinness World Record and the Amateur New York Subway Riding
Committee Class B Record of 24 hours, 54 minutes, 3 seconds was set by
Bill Amarosa, Michael Boyle, Brian Brockmeyer, Stefan Karpinski, Jason
Laska and Andrew Weir on December 28-29, 2006. Those rules treat each
station in a multi-station complex as a separate station (there are
468 in the system) and they require riding local trains that stop at
every station."

Breclav (17:03)- Bratislava (18:40) - Parndorf (19:22) - Hegyeshalom
(19:45) - Zurich (6:30) -
Olten (7:06) - Basel (7:56) - Strasbourg (9:55) - Metz (11:59) -
Luxembourg (13:24) - Namur (15:33) - Liege Guillemins (16:24) and
arrive to Maastricht at 16:54.

The times in brackets are departure times.

The countries are Czechia, Slovakia, Austria (three times entered),
Hungary, Germany, Liehtenstein, Switzerland, France, Luxemboug,
Belgium, Netherlands. (the train does not stop in Germany and
Liechtenstein, only passes them)

Actually some people really made similar trip and entered the Guinness
world records book. So, there is a hint how to do the same as Guinness
recorder, if not be the new one.

Is it possible more?

Start in Spain right over the Andorran border, cross through Andorra,
France, Monaco, France, Italy, San Marino, Italy, Austria,
Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Belgium. That (13 total countries) could probably be done in 24
hours.

No rail connection to Andorra nor San Marino. You'll need to go through
Belgium or Germany to reach Netherlands from Luxembourg.
