The Pub Tram only has beer, but pretty good beer. But like most
of the Nordics, alcoholic beverages are still a bit dear in
Finland. However, prices are declining what with the compettition
of Estonia, now also a member of the EU and having inexpensive
alcohol, only a short ferry ride away.

Ehm. You have not heard of the latest debate on alcoholic beverages in
Finland: almost certainly the new cabinet will raise the tax by at least 10%
but there is a chance that the increase will be more substantial. The new
government in Estonia has already decided that heavier tax burden on
alcoholic drinks will take place on the south side of the Gulf soon. But
true, beer prices are not as ridiculous as they are in Norway (about
everything is ghastly expensive in Norway).

All the Metro stations in Helsinki would be very easy.

True. The problem is that by metro you can ply only between downtown and
the
woods of eastern Helsinki.

Ruoholahti isn't downtown.

Ruoholahti is in new downtown like Jätkäsaari (which is so fresh a
neighbourhood that actual building has not started yet).
