AliASS ALL Americans over 65 and ALL disabled Americans are eligible for medicare, AliASS, where government pays the provider for healthcare services direct. Medicard is available to all of the poor under certain income levels, AliASS. Some just don't bother to apply because they know they won't be deprived the care EMTALA (below) provides. EMTALA covers EVERYONE walking though the doors of medical facilities including illlegal aliens where medical care cannot be denied regardless of ability to pay in accordance with federal law, AliASS. |
