first time visitor to NYC and want to make it really memoriable.

give me name of few signiture, authentic feeling but elegant
jazz/piano bar, theater and fine resturant which is must-see in
downtown and midtown New York city area.

Also what is the finest mall in NYC area with all designers there?

And what is the main intersection for night life with few top spots?

New York really isn't about malls, though there's a big new mall on
Columbus Circle.

New York is too big a city for there to be a single answer to
questions like the ones you're asking, most of which call for a
subjective answer. But I wouldn't say any one place is a "must-see."
Each person is different.
