Time to stop flying?

I hate to travel, and I've only traveled for business when absolutely necessary. But you don't have any business. So it's not really a simulator then. Oh yes, it's a simulator. It's a piece of office machinery you play games on. Nope. The software is legitimate simulation software, not just a game, although it is sometimes marketed that way for broader appeal. This is especially true with add-ons. |

You could make it a bit more realistic by dousing everyone in your apartment building with aviation fuel, and then setting fire to them in the event you make a mistake during the landing simulation. That's why it comes from Microsoft's game division. The only one who doesn't know it's a game is you, you moron. |

What do you mean "sometimes" marketed as a game? When have you EVER seen it advertised to the airlines as a simulator? |

Following up to William Black
It's a piece of office machinery you play games on. you cant really call MSFS a game as it doesnt meet the requirements of being a game, some people like to be all snooty about it but it simulates certain aspects pf flying rerasonably well, so it is a simulation. It would be so even if less accurate than it is. -- "Mike....."(not "Mike") remove clothing to email |
