This is obscene. This is as stupid as being in San Francisco which
has NO public toilets and risk being arrested as a 'sex offender' for
taking a leak in an alley.

He should have pulled down his pants and **** in the aisle and let the
nazi stewardess clean it up. And if he had **** his pants they still
would have arrested him for smelling bad, acting like the foul odor
was a chemical weapon or something.

Yep, sounds about right. I think his best bet would be to find an
MD to back up a claim by him that holding such a massive poop so
long caused lasting harm. Hit 'em where it hurts.

I like how the airline tried to dodge responsibility by saying "we
adhere to FAA rules, which say passengers should use the restrooms in
the cabin where they are seated".

That's all well and good, but they fail to address the issue of what
happens when a passenger can't *get* to that restroom because the stews
are blocking the aisle for 40 minutes with their mobile vending machine.
What exactly does the airline expect passengers to do? **** in their
seats?

And of course, as is typical of today's journalism, the reporter never
bothered to ask for clarification on that point.

My favorites:

"Still, Scott’s statement and corroboration from a witness who was a
pilot for another airline gave the FBI probable cause to charge Correa
with assault."

Yeah, like the pilot working in the industry wouldn't be a little
biased in his statement?

and:

"Delta spokeswoman Susan Elliott said flight crews do all they can to
ensure the safety and security of passengers."

How the hell is keeping him out of the lav so he can spew his poop out
in the cabin ensuring the safety and
security of pax? When I hear **** like this (NPI), it makes me want
to drive everywhere from now on.

****ting in the airplane cabin would pose a biological hazard to
everyone on the plane. The other passengers on the plane should have
a right to sue the airline for failing to protect them from exposure
to hazardous materials, and also emotional distress for being forced
to smell it.

Well, he was finally allowed to let fly in the lav (by the
"investigating" pilot).
But if I were this guy, I would be planning my civil case already....
False Arrest, Defamation of Character, Physical and Emotional
Distress,....
Delta Airlines would remember my name for a while.

By preventing a passenger from reaching the bathroom, the flight attendant
placed the passenger in danger, thereby neglecting her job.

The law says that one must not interfere with the duties of the flight crew.
It does not say that all orders from the flight crew must be followed. A
flight attendant cannot tell all black passengers to get to the back of the
plane, for example, or cannot tell a passenger to strip to underwear, and so
on.

However, twisting a flight attendant's arm is indeed illegal, because one may
not threaten, harass, or intimidate the crew.

There's a huge gray area here, which is a bit of a problem. The law was
intended to prevent passengers from endangering a flight and to protect crews
from being attacked. It was not intended to give cabin crews god-like
authority over passengers. Some cabin crews don't understand this. However,
in fairness, it should also be said that some passengers are deliberately
malevolent in their behavior.

I'm not aware of any Federal Air Regulation that says this, although I
understand there's a TSA rule about it.

That's all well and good, but they fail to address the issue of what

I'm just waiting for the US of assholes to melt down just like USSR did
and Delta to be split into bits and pieces just like the Soviet
Aeroflot. It all would be an even greater chaos than now, but eventually
the biblical good sead would emerge and the bad sead go to hell.
