No one else makes that claim
CLIA numbers appear to verify the claim

Not sure that makes it all reliable, but there seems to be some
element of truth.

Patrick,
As Dillon has said. The numbers from CLIA seem to indicate it and none
of the other lines dispute that statement and you have to believe that they
certainly would if they could. Understand that the other major lines all
have very high satisfaction rates and repeat customers, just not quite the
numbers that CCL seems to have.

A lot of this is probably due to pricing. Some of Southwest Airline's
success in customer satisfaction is due, in part, to customers not
expecting as much when they pay cheaper fares.
