Help - Has anyone taken BVA to Rome Ciampina CIA

Hi,
Iam planning to book a ticket from BVA to CIA on Ryanair.
Could you please tell me how convinient it is to find the PARIS - BVA
shuttle bus in Porte Maillot.

Would you advice taking a 21:40 flight from BVA into CIA (lands at
23:45) to catch an early morning flight at FCO.

I donot want to book a Hostel room for a mere 5 hr stop. Are there any
lounges/Rest areas for overnight passengers in FCO where I can catch a
nap and be ready for my flight in the morning..

Any help will be truly appreciated.
