Venezuela Prepared For War As United States Warships Positioned Off of
Coast, US Military Forces Flow into Paraguay to Begin Final
Preparations as Another American Dies Trying To Flee Into Canada

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers

Russian Intelligence Analysts are reporting today that American
Warships have taken up positions in the coastal waters off of Venezuela
and that war between these two countries appears imminent, and to which
the Venezuelan President is prepared for, and as we can read as
reported by the Australian AAP News Service in their article titled
"US planning to invade Venezuela: Chavez" and which says:

"Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says he has documentary evidence the
United States plans to invade his country. He said US soldiers recently
went to Curacao, an island off Venezuela's north-west coast. He
described as a "lie" the official US explanation that they visited
Curacao for rest and recreation. "They were doing movements. They were
doing manoeuvres," Chavez said, speaking through a translator. He
added: "We are coming up with the counter-Balboa plan. That is to say
if the government of the United States attempts to commit the foolhardy
enterprise of attacking us, it would be embarked on a 100-year war. We
are prepared."

But as Venezuela is preparing for war so are the American Military
Leaders, and who have begun moving massive amounts of material and
United States Military forces into the South American country of
Paraguay, and as we can read as reported by the Toward Freedom Magazine
News Service in their article titled "U.S. Military in Paraguay
Prepares to "Spread Democracy" and which says:

"Controversy is raging in Paraguay, where the U.S. military is
conducting secretive operations. 500 U.S. troops arrived in the country
on July 1st with planes, weapons and ammunition. Eyewitness reports
prove that an airbase exists in Mariscal Estigarribia, Paraguay, which
is 200 kilometers from the border with Bolivia and may be utilized by
the U.S. military. Officials in Paraguay claim the military operations
are routine humanitarian efforts and deny that any plans are underway
for a U.S. base. Yet human rights groups in the area are deeply
worried. White House officials are using rhetoric about terrorist
threats in the tri-border region (where Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina
meet) in order to build their case for military operations, in many
ways reminiscent to the build up to the invasion of Iraq."

These reports further state that the Israeli Government has warned
their citizens in Venezuela about these events and that they are now
leaving the country, and as we can read as reported by Israel's Arutz
Sheva News Service in their article titled "Venezuela Jews Flock to
Miami" and which says, "Venezuela's Jewish community is diminishing as
many of its members move to the comfortable confines of Florida.
Wealthy Venezuelans said they enjoy more freedom than in their native
country, where they felt their lives were in danger."

Not just to Venezuela alone are the Military Leaders of America
targeting, but also Bolivia and Ecuador are on their 'target lists'
as both of these oil rich countries have begun experiencing revolutions
against their American and Oil Corporation backed leaders, and as we
can read from these reports:

As reported by the Latin American News Agency in their article titled
"US Encouraging Military Coup in Bolivia" and which says, "Central
Obrera Boliviana (COB) Executive Secretary Jaime Solares, and Movement
Towards Socialism (MAS) Legislator Antonio Peredo, have called on the
people to ready to deal with a military coup engineered by the US to
frustrate the December 4 presidential elections. Solares said the US
Embassy backs neoliberal ex President Jorge Quiroga and wealthy
businessman Samuel Doria Medina and will go as far as necessary to
prevent any other candidate=B4s victory."

As reported by the United Press International News Service in their
article titled "Oil protests cost Ecuador millions" and which says, "A
week of protests against Ecuador's handling of its oil reserves cost
the industry an estimated $400 million, El Comercio reported Wednesday.
Demonstrators were calling for Ecuador to reinvest more of its oil
revenue in the nation to aid the country's vast poor population. The
South American country is deeply divided along economic lines, with
only a small minority controlling the majority of its wealth. The
protests were the worst unrest faced by President Alfredo Palacio since
he assumed office in April. Back then, widespread protests forced his
predecessor Lucio Gutierrez from office."

Deeply concerning the American Military Leaders also has been China's
massive movement of money into Mexico, Central and South American
countries opposing United States dictatorial rule, and which is a
strategic move by the Chinese to contain the American War Machine, and
which likewise has infuriated the Americans, and as we can read as
reported by the Pacific News Service in their article titled "China's
Courtship of Latin America Makes Washington See Red" and which says:

"Last November Chinese President Hu Jintao swept through South American
capitals with a "golden pen" that he used to sign agreements along the
way with Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Venezuela. In a speech in front of
the Brazilian Congress, Hu vowed that China would invest up to 100
billion U.S. dollars in the region over the next decade, and he made a
goodwill offer of up to 20 billion dollars of investment in Argentina
alone. The trip showed China's increasing desire to begin a long march
toward economic and trade integration with the region. Chinese
attention to the Western Hemisphere has sounded the "red alarm" in
Washington, where many fear a Chinese economic invasion of South
America."

The concerns of the American Military Leaders about China in these
regions becomes even more important to them as with each day they see
the economic power of their country declining to the sheer power of the
Chinese, and who are now not only Americas largest trade partner
surpassing Canada, but are also soon to eclipse the United States
itself, and as we can read as reported by the British Times Online News
Service in their article titled "China set to overtake America as
world's top exporter" and which says, "CHINA will surpass the United
States as the biggest global exporter by the end of the decade, and
over the next five years will leapfrog Britain, France and Italy to
become the third largest economy in the world, the OECD said
yesterday."

And as the news of these latest War Adventures of American Military
Leaders continue to haunt the world, even sadder news is that like
those human beings trapped inside Nazi Germany, and who risked death
and imprisonment to escape to freedom, today sees this horrible
spectacle being replayed in the United States as yet another American
attempting to flee to freedom has perished, and as we can read as
reported by Canada's CBC News Service in their article titled
"American drowns trying to sneak into Canada" and which says, "An
American who tried to cross into Canada last weekend appears to have
drowned in the St. Croix River in New Brunswick. A body found floating
in the river near the St. Stephen, N.B., border crossing has been
identified as that of Chad Lamphear, 31, of Tennessee. Police believe
he was trying to get into Canada illegally by swimming across the
river."

So fearful have the borders of the United States become that the courts
in that country have, to the horror of the entire world, sanctioned the
beating and torturing of innocent civilians by their dreaded Border
Police Forces, and as we can read as reported by the Associated Press
News Service in their article titled "U.S. border officer acquitted
of civil-rights charge alleging he struck Chinese tourist" and which
says:

"A U.S. border officer was acquitted Thursday of violating a Chinese
tourist's civil rights when he pushed her head into the pavement and
pepper-sprayed her at the U.S.-Canada border. Government prosecutors
claimed Homeland Security officer Robert Rhodes used excessive against
Zhao Yan, 38, a businesswoman from Tianjin who was touring Niagara
Falls in July 2004.

Rhodes told investigators he believed the woman might have been
associated with a drug suspect and ordered her inside the Niagara Falls
inspection station, but she took off running. The case provoked anger
in China after pictures of Zhao, her face swollen from pepper spray and
her eyes and forehead bruised, were widely published. Cohen said he
believed the jury was swayed by the testimony of two of Rhodes' fellow
border officers who took the stand against him. Although both were
critical of the level of force Rhodes used, they indicated Zhao was
resisting arrest."

To the insanity of logic that these dreaded American Border Policeman
are able to wantonly beat and torture a woman of another country not
understanding their commands is beyond our understanding, but can also
be evidenced throughout the police state of the United States as every
day millions of them subject themselves to humiliating searches of
their property and bodies. From their littlest babies, to grandmothers
in wheelchairs, all of them are suspects, all of them are feared.

To the future of what their lives will eventually become under their
Military Leaders, and in the Police State that was once known for its
freedom and liberties, these Americans should turn their eyes towards
Cuba, where today many of their Prisoners of War have chosen death
rather than to live in humiliation and subjugation to the American
Empire, and as we can read as reported by the Indonesian News Agency in
their article titled "21 Prisoners Hospitalized in Guantanamo Hunger
Strike: Defense of Official" and which says:

"Twenty-one hunger-striking prisoners have been hospitalized at the US
detention camp in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and all but one of them was
being fed through tubes, a defense official said Friday. "They are
listed in stable condition and JTF Guantanamo medical personnel are
monitoring their condition," the official said, speaking condition of
anonymity. He said 103 prisoners at the camp for war-on-terror suspects
are refusing food, the officials said."

And not just to their Prisoners of War do these Americans treat like
animals, but also their own citizens, and as we can read as reported by
the Australian ABC News Service in their article titled "Australian
tells of Louisiana prison nightmare" and which says, "He says he
received minimal food and water. "We had no toilets, no running water,"
he said. "We had no shelter from the sun or rain and all we had to
sleep on was just a white sheet. "And we burnt during the day and
froze during the night. "The guards threw two peanut-butter sandwiches
over the razor-wire fence once a day for us and we grabbed them as
quickly as you could."

But perhaps most shocking of all to the American peoples living under
the tyranny of their Military Leaders, should be the example being
shown to them by these same leaders of them in the company they have
chosen to manufacture the shackles for their Prisoners of War is the
same company that made for them the collars for their black slaves
called ****** Collars, and as we can read as reported by the Guardian
Unlimited News Service in their article titled "UK firm picketed over
Guant=E1namo 'torture' shackles" and which says:

"In the late 18th century the company made "****** collars" for
restraining slaves in America. Today, it makes the shackles that hold
the inmates of Guant=E1namo Bay. Yesterday, the Birmingham handcuff and
baton manufacturer Hiatt & Company was picketed by human rights
activists wearing orange jumpsuits in protest at its continued export
to the US of handcuffs and other products used to hold prisoners at
Camp X-Ray on the US naval base at Guant=E1namo, Cuba."

It must be remembered too, that only the British peoples have protested
against this latest action of the United States, from the peoples of
America itself there remains today, and as it has been....only silence.

Things are real sick these days.
One never knows what the war machine will do.

Maybe the the rich in the US want something like the european union by force.

Once large country, america.

The US may soon be becoming a 3rd world country and are afraid.

Look at the price of fuel, goods, services and the poor in the south.

Unlimited News Service in their article titled "UK firm picketed over
Guantánamo 'torture' shackles" and which says:

"In the late 18th century the company made "****** collars" for
restraining slaves in America. Today, it makes the shackles that hold
the inmates of Guantánamo Bay. Yesterday, the Birmingham handcuff and
baton manufacturer Hiatt & Company was picketed by human rights
activists wearing orange jumpsuits in protest at its continued export
to the US of handcuffs and other products used to hold prisoners at
Camp X-Ray on the US naval base at Guantánamo, Cuba."

It must be remembered too, that only the British peoples have protested
against this latest action of the United States, from the peoples of
America itself there remains today, and as it has been....only silence.

Things are real sick these days.
One never knows what the war machine will do.

Maybe the the rich in the US want something like the european union by
force.

Once large country, america.

The US may soon be becoming a 3rd world country and are afraid.

Look at the price of fuel, goods, services and the poor in the south.

Solares said the US
Embassy backs neoliberal ex President Jorge Quiroga and wealthy
businessman Samuel Doria Medina and will go as far as necessary to
prevent any other candidate´s victory."

That's why Chavez offered to set up a separate refining and distribution
network for Venezuelan oil products that would take them from Venezuela to
U.S. consumers without the U.S. oil companies getting a cut first.

I can understand why Cheney, Rove et al regard Chavez as a very dangerous
man. :-(

I can't decide if he is dangerous for South America, but I do think
the man is a fool. There are more diplomatic ways of dealing with
things.

He runs around screaming his head off when he should be doing things
quietly while he smiles at Bush Administration.

He has leased the oil fields to the US producers. They have put the money
into developing the fields. And he added a 30% tax on oil exports. Part of
that $3+ a gallon you are paying is going to pay the tax. Make a business
deal and then when it is profitably setup, take the business from your
partners? Sounds like the Sopranos.

Did you hear that he had one million copies of Don Quixote at the
anniversary of the book and gave them away for free?

You know, instead of spending the money on education or
libraries......

I would hardly call this ranting and raving, but I think we should
call an end to this thread.
