Default Carnival Miracle pics

Guess what, Ernest? I kinda like some areas of the Miracle.

That scares me! Even I need sunglasses to look at that one.

Ernest,

I have the Legend as a reference, and I think Carnival is more creative
than most lines in that the ships, though having similar layouts, and
some similar areas, aren't carbon copies.

What I like about the Miracle, as opposed to the Legend, is that it
doesn't seem to be as dark and as monochromatic with its colors. It
seems to have a cheerier color scheme and has less of those Renaissance
references. I'll say the main restaurant, with those red light "berries"
is perhaps one of the most hideous things I've seen. But, I actually
like the Frankenstein disco more than Legend's Medusa, I sort of like
the Mad Hatter's secondary lounge, one of the reasons is because the
ceiling isn't as filled in and there aren't as many colors and patterns
competing with each others. I sort of like Frankie and Johnnies with the
red and black and the way it is laid out. I could lose the "icicles" on
the ceiling and the purple lighting on the walls. I also like the piano
bar better than Legend's, again the Legend stays with that mauve/sienna
combination and has the corrogated steel look where Sam's has a brighter
look to it and some really nice details. I think everything is
heavyhanded and overdone, but I see nice details, especially when you
blow the pictures up to the large versions. I also like Horatio's
restaurant somewhat, the seats and how the room is laid out, the tables,
even the red Roman shades I could deal with. As for Jeeves lounge I much
prefer the brighter colors to the Legend, and even Pride and Spirit,
less monochromatic, more things pop out at you rather than blend in. I
saw the same type of tubs in the NCL's Dawn's Mexican restaurant in the
atrium, and I think they are stylish and reasonably comfortable.

I find this ship the most interesting of the 4 Spirit class actually,
although I don't know if I could eat dinner in that main restaurant.
Claudine wouldn't go for it, I might as an intro cruise for up to 3 days.

Ben S.
