Default Gluten Free Cruising?

I was just diagnosed with celiac disease and was wondering if anyone could
tell me if there is one cruise line that is better than the others in
catering to people that need gluten free diets?

Thanks in advance!

I've done this with Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Princess. All are
pretty much the same. They will have some gluten-free bread or rolls
available for you in the dining room. You can look at the next day's
menu and discuss your choices with the Maitre D every evening and they
will try to prepare some dishes for you without flour.

FWIW... the gluten free bread or rolls aren't usually that good, but
they are better than nothing, I suppose.

Depending on how sensitive you are, you can usually get by using some
common sense and picking and choosing your meals wisely.

I called in for a client and the Voyager and they had a special menu
for him. Mostly the same stuff, but some alternate choces on the
"starch" stuff.

I tried some of the gluten free pasta on the Liberty last year. The
heavier stuff (fetucine, ravioli "skins",etc) were good, the thin
stuff was, um, not good.

The buffet is the hardest part. Stick to proteins and vegetables.
