In America, we have all too many underaged trashy parents having children
which
grow up with half the morals and personal strength of their parents.

In the Houston area last year, it was leaked to the local radio stations
that a girl in the lower
grades gave her boyfriend oral sex while the teacher was out of the room.
(12-13 year old
range if I remember correctly). An 'adult' parent teacher's aide WAS
present at the time.
No disciplinary measures were taken.

In a local school here, a second grader had her boyfriend remove her
underwear and masturbate
her on the classroom floor, while the other students were at play outside.
A second grader will
be about 8 years old.

If you expel them, they go home, watch Jerry Springer and eat chips with
their parent until they
can return.

Maybe I am just getting old.....
