Etna vs Stromboli??
My wife and I want to go somewhere to see flowing lava. We are living in
Germany, and so hawaii is not an option right now. Does Etna or Stromboli have a constant flow to the water? thanks, brian |

I believe Etna is pretty quiet right now. As I recall typical eruptions at both Stromboli and Etna involve gas explosions that throw debris in the air rather than the production of large amounts of lava you see in Hawaii. Your best bet nearby is probably Iceland where even if there are no active eruptions there are some active geyser fields and lots of evidence of vulcanism Keith |

Stromboli has a constant flow.
Etna has stronger flow but not constant. Brian wrote: My wife and I want to go somewhere to see flowing lava. We are living in Germany, and so hawaii is not an option right now. Does Etna or Stromboli have a constant flow to the water? thanks, brian |
