I bought one of these shears for use in customizing metal panels for a metal building. After a few trial cuts, I found the shear worked very well for cutting the metal panels and provided well-controlled cuts of varying complexity. Although we only used the shear for a few days, it saved a tremendous amount of labor. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for any similar use.
Pistol grip handle Metal Shear provides all-day cutting comfort and exceptional control. Cuts sheet steel up to 3/64" thick and sheet aluminum up to 1/16" thick. No-load speed is 2500 strokes per minute and average air consumption is 6 CFM. Width of cut is 7/32".
