Default Parisian toilets ?

whats the latest state ?
still urinating in the streets ? it used to smell badly of urine
everywhere .and the streets were hosed down in the mornings

It's still the same. And the inhabitants will do anything for a chocolate
bar or a pair of nylons. Starving beggars are everywhere. Due to lack of
fuel, there is electricity for only 2 hours each day. The one (State run,
monochrome only) TV service closed down because the camera broke and they
couldn't afford another one.
