Presidents from six of the major cruise lines will talk about the important
issues facing them and the cruise industry at the 2006 Cruise Holidays
Annual Convention in Miami, Oct. 12-15. Moderated by Roger E. Block, CTC,
executive vice president of Carlson Travel Franchise Group, the "Presidents
Panel" participants will include: Bob Dickinson, CTC, Carnival Cruise Lines;
Dan Hanrahan, Celebrity Cruises; Stein Kruse, Holland America Line; Colin
Veitch, Norwegian Cruise Line Group; Alan B. Buckelew, Princess Cruises; and
Adam Goldstein, Royal Caribbean International. The Cruise Holidays Annual
Convention will also include a series of workshops Friday and Saturday
focusing on the customer with such presentations as: "Shaping and Delivering
Your Customer Experience Strategy," "Customer Database - Growing Your #1
Asset," "Build Customer Loyalty through E-mail Marketing," and "How to
