Following up to Owain

(and I do not object to libraries, I
just wish they would buy more books as I have read almost the entire
Whodunnit Dept),


Yes, they appear to not buy books anymore :-(

Worse. In the UK's capital of culture designate, they actively get rid
of them. It's utterly appalling.
