Default Airline information on-line on the Internet FAQ-J.R.Lavine

I must say, your volumenous post was the most informative I have ever
read and I thank you for the wealth of information. I printed it for
future reference

I am forced to use Continental & Southwest my home airport I is rather
small and can't accommodate larger planes.

BUT, when trying to make reservations for either airline via webtv, it
no longer works for me. I can view all the flight schedules, and enter
my choices to book a flight, but when I click on "enter" the page justs
"sits" there. Most airline sites are just too sophisticated for we LBB
uses now. So I either have to call the airline 800 tele# or, to get a
good price rate, I have a friend with a 'puter who is kind enough to
book the flight for me. He also accesses my boarding pass and emails it
to me. It's an imposition and I wish I didn't have to do it.
I have to think that other webbies have the same problem.

I know I need to ease over to a 'puter but I have already bought and
returned three because I am just too dense to comprehend anything but
turning it on. Sad to admit but oh so true.

Thank you again for taking the time to post such an informative
message/tutorial.

I....
