Come and stay in a medieval tent in France
Hi travellers!
i just want to let you know about my unique campsite in Deux Sevres, France. I have 3 large fully equipped medieval pavllion tents set on a wildflower meadow next to a large pond, they have comfy beds, rugs and lanterns and outside their own hammock, picnic table and firepit. There is a swimming pool courtyard area, a boules/ badminton court and a small poplar plantation with a communal bonfire in the middle. The site is about 1.5 acres and is surrounded by 40 hectares of farmland used for grazing sheep. It is a wonderful nature retreat with birds of prey in abundance and the frogs chorus like I have never heard before and there is no light pollution so the stars at night are a wonderful sight to see! Maybe have a look at my website www.melusine-camping.com for more info. Thank you for reading this message and happy camping! Jane |
