Particular Safety Advice Needed (Paris and London)

Well, I didn't make it explicit- but that's what I think too. Unless the
eggs are _really_ off, I suppose!

Well, would you trust more a crêpe cooked in a restaurant ? The only
difference is that at least in an open stand you can see whether the
kitchen is clean: everything is right there in front of you.

And there is no reason why a sausage should stay hours in lukewarm
water... Those stands are situated in places with a lot of passer-bys
and I doubt those guys could pay the rent if they sold just one or two
hot dogs every hour...
