Skagen, Denmark
Today we booked flights and hotel for a week in Skagen, Denmark.
It's at the northernmost tipof the Jutland peninsula. Its reputation is that the world's most beautiful sunsets are in Skagen; that all the world's most famous artists have trekked there to paint the sunsets for 100s of years. Anyone been there? What's to see, other than the sunsets and the church buried in the sand dune? Any moderate priced restaurants in the area? Appreciate anything and everything you can funnel my way. Will be there first week in July 2005. 007 -- ****************** Bill E. Burk Publisher, Elvis World Magazine [Remove "NOSP" from my e-mail address] |

If you like sand you will love it. More information is available at: http://www.toppenafdanmark.dk/ For me the loveliest and most interesting part of Jutland is to the east of Aarhus, Helgenæs and Mols Bjerge. Year after year I enjoy seeing the rolling hills by the sea. |

Don't forget to go to the tip of Jylland and stand one foot in the Skaggerak and the other in the Kattegat. |
