Just returned from mercury trip to mexican riviera and had wonderful
goombay dressing...anyone know how this is made???

would appreciate a recipe or a website that might have one...

I have just returned from a Hawaiian cruise aboard the Celebrity Ship, Infinity, and got the following goombay ingredients from the ship's chef, but he did not list the proportions. This is all I have. Hope it helps.
eggs, salt, mustard, pepper, garlic, curry, shallots, scallions, thyme, tabasco, ginger, nutmeg, lemon juice, soy sauce, worcestershire, apple sauce, cider vinegar, waite sugar, oil, allspice, lemon zest, pineapple chopped, cinnamon, cilantro
