Customer Expectations
Hi
I am an A-Level student and i am studying Travel and Tourism.I need to find out what customer expections are of representatives of travel companies, ie, appearance, manner etc. Any help will be greatly appreceiated

You can be wearing the most expensive and beautiful clothes in the world and if you can't do your job well I am not going to be your customer. SD
