If you arrive at Kingsford Smith after 22hrs, certainly after the last train
service has stopped ... expect to take a taxi!
I was lucky to have 42.50 AUD Taxi to Bondi...

om...
My flight arrives at night, how can I reach downtown at night time?
Are taxis the only option?
Thanks for your help!

What do you mean - train services run to airport stations up till midnight
so that option is available for all scheduled flights - Sydney Airport has a
curfew starting 11 pm.

When you arrive at 23:30 you are screwed -- like I was.
Certainly going anywhere but the CBD, you are totally screwed.
Still, the lesson in this is: Don't make reservations anywhere for your
first day of arrival...

In colder climates, it is more important -- like Canada!
However, in Australasia it is a waste -- save maybe Invercargill, NZ!
