Default Good "Teaching Conversational English" Books?

Hi, I will be interning abroad and needing some supplemental income.
Many of my ESL friends have told me that I should have no problem
finding informal "conversational English tutoring" jobs (we shall
see). Should I be so lucky as to get a few jobs I would like to have
at least a little reference on methodology etc (since my background is
not teaching). Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

-Gaiko
