going to Netherlnds for work in Jan for 3 weeks. weekends will be free and
request info on how to spend time in Amsterdam - also info on cheap lodgings would be appreciated

Visit Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague too if you're into cities! I mean, there's so much more than just bloody Amsterdam ;-) vincent

I mean, there's so much more than just bloody Amsterdam ;-) vincent well, to the whole world AMS is the entire nation of 'netherlands' ['holland' to those ppl]. begium is a couple hours of train ride away and much more interesting in so many ways.
