A bag man known as Catweazle has taken up residence in the Oxford
Street branch of Easy Internet cafe. He uses the area at the back,
near the firedoor for storage and as an eating station and he's took
to giving customers advice on where they can sit . Like, does any of
this bother the management, if not then I suspect they won't object if
I photograph the scene and post it on the Internet.

Perhaps Catweazle is Management! He seems very much in charge of the
