"American Capital of Culture" label -- what is it?
"American Capital of Culture" label -- what is it?
A group, perhaps self-appointed in Spain, regularly hands out some sort of a designation called "American Capital of Culture". It also asks for plenty of money from the designatee. Is this "American Capital of Culture" designation legitimate? Is it just a ruse to get money from cities and states? Are the cities and regions that have received this designation happy with the process? Or have they been asked from large amounts of money? caw |
