Looking for cheap stay in NYC for Dec 30-31
We want to be in Manhattan for the new year. Can anyone point me to a
good place for 6 adults to crash in the big apple? Two rooms for 3 people would be fine. Dan |

Dan If there are six of you, you might want to reserve an entire 6-person room at the HI hostel. http://www.hinewyork.org/ Rates are $29 per person per night, in bunk beds. It would be hard to beat that price at a hotel. Many of Manhattan's cheaper hotels have very small rooms, in which it would hard to squeeze a third person. The Ymca's of New York are another possibility. http://ymcanyc.org/sub.php?p=service...guestmanhattan They are a little more expensive and have various room options. I have stayed at the HI hostel and at the Vanderbilt Y, although I'm no youth. Both are fine, clean and comfortable. -------- Barbara Vaughan My email address is my first initial followed by my last name at libero dot it. |
