Default World Bank Appoints Three New Country Directors For Latin America

World Bank appointed three new country directors to head the units of
Mexico and Colombia; the Andes: Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela;
and the Southern Cone: Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, with
