Default This weekend in Belgium & France(?) -- Where to go??...

My friend and I are working in the Netherlands and have the weekend
off. We have exhausted all adventures in NL and will drive to Antwerp
Friday where we will set up a Base Camp.

For Saturday we figure Brugge and Antwerp, maybe Waterloo - We've seen
Brussels so we will bypass it.

Questions:
1) How to maximize the weekend to include Northeastern part of France?
2) Anything worth seeing there?
3) Are we missing anything in Belgium (exclude Luxemboug - we've been
there)?

Thanks for any help,
DDD
