Default rollerblading on Tweed/Gold Cost?

i was wondering if there are places for rollerblading and such on TC/GC ...
safe from vehicles, etc. ... park trails, etc. ... is it worth bringing a
pair of skates with?

cheers!

Can't answer for the Gold Coast.

On the Tweed Coast we have shared bicycle/footpaths, seperate from the
road, fairly continuously down the Coast Road from Cabarita to
Pottsville, and a new skateboard thingy near Cabarita. I've seen some
skaters on the bike paths, but it's not a culture like Long Beach or
Santa Monica.

As far as whether it's worth bringing them, you can buy them here so it
depends on whether you want to add the weight.
