Help! Were you on the Diamond Princess 5/21/04?
I just got off the phone with TravelGuard. They need a "Proof of
Reason" document from Princess concerning our trip delay in order to process our claim. I didn't know the letter we received in our cabins from the captain was as important as it is, and didn't keep it. Does anyone here have that letter, and might you be able to scan it and e-mail it to me so I can print it out for my claim? Many TIA, Sue
