WANTED: Disney Villa Rental!

Hello, I am looking for a villa rental for 10 days from Dec 23 until
the 2nd of January. I have been looking online but there is way too
many and they are hard to narrow down! Here are the MUST haves:

-private pool with PRIVACY. Prefer lake view or something like that
-hot tub, not just a spa that is the same as the pool but an actual
hot tub
-games room in the house with at least a pool table
-at least 3 bedrooms with double beds prefer 3 ensuite rooms
-at least 3 bathrooms
-somewhat close to disney world
-around $150 to $200USD per night.

We are 3 couples with no kids and looking for a nice relaxing holiday
and a place that has it all. If you have such a place or know of
somebody who does please let me know. Please don't direct me to
another webpage that has like 1000 homes to sort through...
