She might not have known where else to turn. Did Ryanair suggest other sources of information besides itself? She's Australian. She would at least have been aware of the existence of an embassy. Well, he was an Italian...in Italy, providing just the sort of technical and spousal support for which Italian men are justly world renowned.....Little or none. Let's face it.
