Default Win a house in rural Spain

A 180,000 euro house for 50 euros

Graham Bryce-Jones invites you to his new villa located in the idyllic,
rural village of Hinojares, Jaen. He is holding a house party at 2pm on
3rd February 2007 where everyone will receive a free drink and food with
free live Spanish entertainment on production of their purchased House Party
Ticket. The tickets are 50 euros each. Anyone who purchases a ticket will
be able to view this lovely house and experience a few enjoyable hours of
what life is really like in real Spain Graham had his house built as a
retirement home however, due to personal circumstances he is now not able to
live in it. He has decided to give his house away to one of the event
ticket purchasers, giving someone the opportunity to obtain a retirement
home or starter home in Spain. He needs to sell 4,940 tickets for the event
in order to cover his costs. The lucky person who will become the new owner
will be selected randomly from the event ticket holders at the end of the
party. In real terms this means that anyone attending the event either in
person or by proxy will stand a 1 in 4,940 chance of becoming the owner of
this beautiful home. In the unlikely event that Graham does not achieve all
of his event ticket sales the money that is left over, after administration
and other costs have been deducted, will go to the randomly selected ticket
holder.

The property comprises; lounge/dining room with fireplace, fitted kitchen,
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both bathrooms have showers but if a bath was
required the builder could install one at a reasonable price), porch and
garage. The house has oil fired central heating; mains water and electricity
are connected. The house is situated on a plot of 830 m2 planted with olive
trees on two levels connected by steps. There is a stream approximately 50
metres away. The house is located on the edge of the town but is only a 5
minute walk from the village square, convenience store, infant's school,
bar, small hotel, chemist and bank.

The house is fully legal with title deeds and will be transferred to the new
owner at no cost. The value of the house is in the area of 180,000 euros

Giving away his house in this way provides Graham with an ideal opportunity
to donate 3% of all ticket sales to the charity of his choice - East Anglian
Air Ambulance
