Trip: Indianapolis to Bransn-MO
trying to surprise the Mrs.
we vistsied Branson back in June with the whole family of 6. Now i want to surprise her with a trip for the 2 of us! PROBLEM: the flight to springfield [within 40 miles of branson] costs $439 minimum per person! soooo i looked at KansasCity [within 5 HOURS drive from Vranson} and it's only $205 per person! I'll save almost $470 BUT end up driving about 5 hours one way to AND from the airport. The rental car [cheap geo-metro] is $72 for 3day with UNLIMITED miles ADD IT UP: $482 [not included fees, taxes] if i do it KansasCity style. OR over $950 [if i land in springfield with a 40 mile drive to Branson] any thoughts? thank you
